About Mailody

MAILODY is the largest Klaviyo partner in the DACH region. With 20+ team members, we see ourselves as our customers' CRM partner. For us, this includes email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and print mailings.

Our Vision

We work proactively with the customer. An in-house CRM manager must be closely supervised, and internal quality assurance must be in place. We are not an employee of the customer, but their partner.

Existing customer marketing (email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, print marketing) is not only a sales channel, but primarily leads to increased profits.
It is an advertising medium without variable advertising costs. We are not the partner for maximum scaling, but provide proportional support.

2021

Foundation of MAILODY GmbH
Thomas founds MAILODY from his sole proprietorship.

2022

Awarded Klaviyo Elite Partner status
As one of four agencies in Europe and the first agency in the DACH region, MAILODY has become a Klaviyo Elite Partner.




2023

From email only to CRM partner
Starting out as a pure email marketing agency, we are evolving into a CRM partner for our customers—now also offering WhatsApp marketing and print mailings.

Always going the extra mile—MAILODY is product-oriented rather than sales-oriented, which is clearly reflected in the distribution of our workforce, with over 90% working on customer projects. The customer contract is our baseline, but we strive to go one step further. We also keep an eye on the big picture, and if we notice something in the online shop, we point it out to the customer.

We keep our promises – before we make a commitment or promise, we ask ourselves whether we can deliver on it and then commit ourselves to the task. When we communicate deadlines, we meet them and work proactively in the event of delays. Overall, this requires a precise and thorough approach to our work.
